Working age, middle age

At this age, the body begins to feel tired, muscles and bones begin to wear out with age, plus fat begins to accumulate due to a reduced metabolic rate. 

Therefore, at this age, you should do light exercises such as cycling, jogging, stretching exercises such as yoga, pilates, or light body weight exercises using your body weight to develop muscle metabolism. And most importantly, don’t forget to warm up your body to reduce injuries that may occur after exercise.

Elderly 

At this age, the body has been through a lot, so it is necessary to maintain balance. Do not do strenuous activities. Use your body in easy movements and relax comfortably. 

Recommended sports for the elderly include walking, dancing, or simple muscle exercises. Exercise should not be done for too long. Exercise should be done for an appropriate amount of time that the body can handle.

However, you should also consider your underlying medical conditions. You should consult your doctor first to avoid undermining your overall health, because each age group’s body requires different muscle building or maintenance.
